OXY DIESEL
Advanced diesel fuel produced from bioethanol and other oxygenates and used in conventional diesel engines due it's improved ignition quality
Key benefits of Oxy-Diesel
Clean combustion
oxy-diesel provides a radical reduction of NOx and PM2.5 emissions, which allows significant savings on the exhaust gas treatment system
Renewable & Low-carbon
oxy-diesel is produced entirely from renewable raw materials (bioethanol and its by-products), so its carbon footprint and СО2 emissions are minimal
Clean engine
oxy-diesel does not contain gum, heavy hydrocarbons and polymer additives, so the nozzles and combustion chamber will be perfectly clean
Full compatibility
oxy-diesel has excellent flammability, high lubricating properties and zero corrosion aggressiveness ensure full compatibility with the diesel vehicles
Oxy-Diesel properties
Cetane number
The key advantage of ODF over ED95 is its significantly higher cetane number, which meets the requirements for petroleum diesel fuel according to ASTM D975
Lubricity
Innovative oxy-diesel components that increase its flammability also significantly improve its lubricity, reducing the consumption of expensive lubricating additives compared to ED95
Low-temperature properties
Using of a large amount of ethanol and other oxygenates makes oxy-diesel possible to achieve excellent low-temperature properties almost unattainable for petroleum diesel fuel
Test the Oxy-Diesel samples to confirm the properties
Business concept
Production
The business model of our project involves making a profit through two channels:
Production and sale of a complex additive to oxy-diesel.
Licensing of production of oxy-diesel and receiving royalties from its release. The license includes qualified technical support and documentation on the use of oxy-diesel on commercial diesel equipment.
Сustomers & Partners
First of all, our project focus on working with large grain processing plants and large distilleries affiliated with agricultural holdings, which in turn have a large fleet of diesel vehicles. Production of oxy-diesel carried out directly at bioethanol plants using the technology of simple mixing in the tank of about 80% of its own bioethanol and 20% of our complex additive.
Main consumers
The global grain market (wheat, corn) with a volume of 2.7 billion tons consumes about 70 million tons ($38.5 billion) of diesel fuel. Oxy-diesel is an ideal eco-friendly fuel for large agricultural holdings that have a large fleet of diesel vehicles and supply raw materials for bioethanol plants.
Additional markets
In addition to agricultural machinery we promote oxy-diesel as a fuel for other large segments of the diesel fleet: trucks, buses, quarry vehicles, locomotives and others. In total, these segments annually consume about 300 million tons ($165 billion) of diesel fuel in the world and often have their own filling stations through which oxy-diesel can be refueled.
We invite investors and technology partners to cooperate on the project
